Reframing the Problem
Engineer Flow at Work
Most people want to change what they do and how they show up. But aren't sure of the specific tools and framework. Too often books promise 4 hour work weeks or programs indicating 7 simple steps to achieving goals. These sound good, but fade like the flavor of month in most change initiatives today.
This is because the problem with these "quick tips" are that they don't produce long term change. It's because we aren't using the right language to change how we need to tackle the frustration around work. There are 24 hours in the day and there are more steps to take than just 7 in our days. This requires an audit of the language and strategy.
The audit plan is simple that I have learned from high pressure work environments in the aerospace industry, "say what you do, do what you say". Within this cohort, we are going to help you state what you want to do and with immediate feedback and accountability from the group, help you do what you are saying. Through this, you will build the foundation for success through the development of good "skills".

To get clarity in your work, you must first know where you are at. Make sure to take this quiz before investing in the 6 week cohort.

- Flow cycle deep dive on what type you are
- Review the stages of flow and map them to your day
- List the challenges/skills
-List the clear goals
-List how you receive feedback

-Audit yourself with proven techniques to solidify your efficient work flow (e.g. audit your phone use, positive language checks, calendar setup)
-Reassess where you are in the flow channel
-6 week calls

6 week live cohort that audits what you say you are going to do, and whether you are doing what you are saying.
Remember when you "pay," you "pay attention." With your skin in the game, we can take on the aspect of playing the game of work.
